Unfortunately, it was stolen after only one week of use, which was really frustrating.But the real surprise was how helpful the seller was. They truly care about their customers and did everything possible to help me replace the scooter. That kind of customer service is rare these days and I’m very thankful. I love this scooter. I've had this scooter for two weeks and I use it to commute to work. Everything about the scooters' high-end looks and function is excellent. Out of the box, you just unfold it and it is already charged to go. I did fully charge it as the manufacturer suggested. I had no idea that the suspension and tires would be as smooth as it is. I also love the range that it gives me. The park assist or lock mode also helps me lock my bike when I have to go in a store for a quick donut run! All of the controls are clear and easy to figure out - I don't like reading manuals. I am five foot 10 with size 12 feet and I love that the scooter deck is wide enough for my big feet. The rear motor is really great for climbing hills. The fact that I can fold the bike stem makes it convenient to store in the trunk of my car since I can carry it anywhere or as an emergency transport when needed.
This electric scooter is absolutely perfect for cruising around the neighborhood with my son. It brings so much joy to both of us. We love it!
This is my 3rd scooter and I love it!! Goes the 31mph it’s says. So far I’ve gone 25ish miles on 1 charge and still have some battery left, going the full 31 mph majority of the trip( I weigh 220). The seat is comfortable for the most part. I’d say the only flaw is you can’t fold it with the seat on, it’s heavy, but I still manage to carry it up to sets of stairs. And its display is in km but i got used to it after a day or 2.
Awesome scooter can easily get to 34mph with no problem and it charges fast

Great product, strong and fast scooter. At first I was thinking of returning it or exchanging it because it seemed heavy and bulky. But after using it for two days I liked it and decided to keep it. It is a really great scooter.

I was having issues with top speed capping at 16 mph after a few days of riding. Apparently there's a speed limiter that was accidentally enabled. If you have issues, just press the power button 7x to enable/disable to feature.Loving it now. Fun with my boys. Great investment.

My boyfriend bought this for himself and it worked right out of the box without any issues. He’s 6’2 and 270lbs and the scooter had no problems hitting 25mph. Folds up and easily fits into the trunk of any car. Build quality it’s great.
