iENYRID 12-Month Warranty

All iENYRID products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

The frame and motor are guaranteed for one year, and the battery is guaranteed for 6 months. Other accessories/parts and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Target Audience

  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by iENYRID are covered by an extensive warranty.
  2. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through iENYRID's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon,etc. are not handled through iENYRID.

 Batteries - (6-Month Warranty) Edit in 2024/8/12 GMT+8

  1. It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
  2. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
  3. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

This Limited Warranty does not cover

    Claims Process

    All claims to this warranty must be made through iENYRID. and submitted to support@ienyrid.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@ienyrid.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through iENYRID within 1 years of initial purchase.

    iENYRID will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

    Shipping Damage Claims

    In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@ienyrid.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

    NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

    Repair Service

    For repair services, iENYRID will only provide free replacement parts.

    All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

    Limitation of Damages

    Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, iENYRID shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when iENYRID has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    Refurbished Products

    We sell refurbished products here, which are returned products. Returned products are resold after repair.

    Please note that refurbished products are products sold at a special price and do not provide after-sales service or warranty. If repairs or replacement parts are required after purchase, you are responsible for purchasing the necessary parts.
